Diabetes?: You are describing an early peripheral neuritis; a deterioration of the nerve insulation. It most often is an early sign of diabetes so check your urine and blood. If it gets annoyingly worse we have a few meds that can help. Too much alcohol and lead poisoning are other possibilities.
