Different regimen: There are different ways to treat H. pylori -they all involve combination therapy. The acid must be stopped -so PPIs (proton pump inhibitors) are used, then different antibiotic combinations are added. Levofloxacin can substitute for clarithromycin but this should all be under the supervision of a doctor. Local 'resistance' patterns of the germs are hopefully known and can help guide treatment.
