Tingly nose: Could be starting infection on nose ( like acne) or if you have cold sores, sometimes can get it by nose. Lysine helps with cold sore 1500 mg 2 x a day x 5 days and/ or acyclovir, but need to follow up w/doc today ( urgent care) ,facial issue are serious since the face is near the brain.
