Clindamycin: Apply the lotion only to your acne spots rather than your whole face.

Entire field: This is not effective as "spot" treatment. Best result by regular, long-term use over the entire area of acne. It will be useful for only the mildest acne. If you have significant acne you will do better with other agents.
