High risk, no warts: Both are high risk types of HPV. They generally do not cause warts. Even with "high risk" HPV, the large majority of infections do not actually lead to cancer. If you and your BF have been having sex, then you can assume he is also infected, maybe the source of your infection. Follow your doctor's advice about follow-up testing and any recommended treatment, then don't worry further.
