No: Unfortunately, there is no vaccine available to protect against the Zika virus. The best way to prevent a Zika infection is to prevent exposure to the mosquitos which carry it. Most importantly, do not travel to the areas which the CDC has recommended to avoid. If you are unable to avoid these areas, make sure to frequently apply insect repellant and wear long sleeves and pants.

No vaccine yet: It is early 2016, and there is no vaccine to prevent Zika. At least 2 vaccine makers are working on creating a vaccine, but there is no prediction on how many years it will take.

Soon: They are working on one and the tests look promising. It can't be produced like normal vaccines which weaken the virus because a weak virus may still affect the baby if you happen to be pregnant. They are using newer techniques so the vaccine will be both safe and effective.

No: At the moment main measure is mosquito avoidance etc (nets, repellant, staying inside) if in areas with Zika or avoiding travelling to these areas if possible. Also can be sexually transmitted so if having intercourse with someone from/recently in an affected area condoms are recommended.
