No: Am not aware of a vaccine for toxoplasmosis in either humans or animals. Cats are seldom infected, but rather serve as asymptomatic carriers. The presence of this organism in undercooked meats suggests there may be symptomatic infection in animals but my veterinarian friends have no knowledge concerning this.
