My daughter ran into a pole at school...she has a line going across her nose also a little swelling and to top it off there is now a huge bump inside her nose like it is inflamed can you give me some advice please??

Nose: May be injury to her cartilage with a hematoma or infection. She needs to be seen. Often these need drainage to protect the cartilage. Have her checked by ENT today. All the best.
