Drinking water does : Water alone does not make you lose weight. It is the lack of eating food which makes the difference. Water simply gives you a feeling of a full stomachwhich doesnotlast morethan 1 or 2 hours..But this is not the best way to lose weight effectivekly. Along with water you should eats ome low-calorie foods like fruits, salads, veggies, grains and proteins from snacks(like nuts, eggs and fish).
