Needs evaluation: Unfortunately, not enough information, to give a clear answer. Consideration has to be taken in regards to pain symptoms during urination, during or after sexual intercourse. Is the penis flaccid or erect during these symptoms. Circumcised vs Uncircumcised. I recommend evaluation by a physician.
