Globus: Sounds like something we call "globus" or the sensation of having a lump in the throat. It could be post-nasal drip or something else. Best to see an ENT and let them take a look with a laryngoscope.

See an MD: If something has gone on for months like this you need to call your primary care md. Your tongue is a muscle so of course it can cramp.
