I've been having lightheadedness when looking down, lower back pain, legs that feel like jello, and had heartburn earlier. should i go to the er?

Mixed symptoms: If you feel that you should go to ED then no one will tell you not to go. Otherwise symptoms are suggestive of spinal stenosis but you are atypical category as a young female. Also not typical for cardiac problems either. There is a long list of neurological conditions that you are a candidate for and would explain your symptoms. None are emergency and require referral to a neurologist after PMD
