Symptoms : Sounds like you need to see a doctor in person. I wonder if that swelling in your arm pit is compressing nerves in your arm. You report many varied symptoms it is difficult to clearly come to a conclusion via this forum about the diagnosis. Maybe this is an infection or an abnormal tumor
