No: If your nutrition is otherwise ok, I would expect a larger rise in your blood. Are your still losing blood somewhere or need other nutrients too?

Cause of Anemia in female (57) where Hb(10.6), PCV (33), RBC(3.6), Platelet (1.2L) & ESR (52) while WBC (5.9K), MCV(93), MCH(29.5) & MCHC(31.6).
I have low RBC, low WBC, low PCV, high RDW, and normal platelet count. Also have low ferritin but normal iron. What might cause all these things to oc?
