In my right arm, bp is 121/73. in left arm, it's 105/68. took it at home. no symptoms other than thoracic spinal pain x1 mo. why 2 different bps?

Unequal BP: If you have severe pain like 10/10 and have this difference in BP, it would be worrisome but your symptoms are for a month and you are too young for this problem like aortic dissection. If this persists, its good to see a doctor to decrease anxiety.
