See your MD: Does it happened every time? do you have to strain a lot while moving BM? there are lot of information need in history. If it happened occasionally it may well be a simple VASO VAGAL episode, but to reach any conclusion you need to be seen by a MD and accordingly work up to rule any other potential cause. So see MD ASAP
