Possibly: a little. This is a challenging situation. A viral infection or some toxic food can result in this situation where one has the urgent need to defecate.The timing of this takes on a life of its own and there is usually little you can do to stop it.But jogging may increase the force to defecate due to gravity. I suppose the best advice is to walk as quickly as you can and be OK if you don't make it
