I was diagnosed with mild grade degenerative spondylolethes 22 years ago. my latest x-ray shows a slip of 13mm, could you grade this please. thanks.

Varies: The grade of the slip is based upon the percentage of one vertebrae slipped forward on the other. So, it is difficult to say with a number because it is based somewhat on the magnification of the X-ray. That being said, most of the time a 13 mm slip is grade II to grade III.
