Slipping Lisp: If you can pronounce spondylolisthesis without sounding like you have a lisp, you're a better man than I.They rarely heal completely and must be managed with the right kind of therapeutic exercises, posture training, ergonomic awareness and recue medications if the pain gets bad. Physical therapists are pretty good at this. By the by, x-rays negative? Really? Then how was it diagnosed?
