No testing needed: I don't know that you mean by "also had get inserted". If your only sexual exposures are hand-genital contact, you are not at risk for any STD. But if you would like to be tested for reassurance, have a urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia and blood tests for syphilis and HIV. These are the only ones routinely recommended by most STD experts, unless you had known exposures to specific STDs.
