Virtually no risk: Could it happen in theory? Sure. Does it happen with any measurable frequency? No. In my 40 years in the STD business, and working in a public STD clinic with 10-15,000 patient visits a year, I have never seen or heard of a patient who was infected by hand-genital contact. Don't worry about it.
