I have been going to a chiropractor because my left leg is numb and my sciatic nerve is pinched I have panic attacks and am under a lot of stress do ?

Woke up last night with tingling in left arm and numbness & racing heart with panic attack. Now have tingling in toes on left leg & left arm. Haven't been sleeping well for nearly a week. Also, shortness of breath when I talk at times.
Is it normal for 1 or 2 legs (esp thigh area) to go numb during/after a severe panic attack?Still don't have much feeling back tho it's been 1 hr now.
