Is it normal for 1 or 2 legs (esp thigh area) to go numb during/after a severe panic attack?still don't have much feeling back tho it's been 1 hr now.

Paresthesias: (numbness / tingling) can occur in mouth, hands and feet with panic attacks due to hyperventilation. Not so sure about thigh numbness.
