Continuous OCP: Being 35 with PCOS puts you at risk of several metabolic problems like high cholesterol, pre-DM & DM. The first step is getting a full endo check-up & making sure all is OK. Then from the Gyn side you could go back on Mirena, (levonorgestrel) take continuous OCP's which are now felt to be very safe with 3 month cycles, you could do depot Provera (not ideal but good). Lupron (primarily for endometriosis) or others.

Ask your GYN !!!!!: Any pain? Any signs or symptoms of PCOS? Hair changes? Acne? Obesity? Diabetes? Smoker? Any meds? Future treatment to be determined by the DETAILS.
