Cold extremities: In a healthy, active young individual, cold hands and feet are just cold hands and feet and NOT a sign of underlying disease. If there is no numbness, tingling, pain and color change, and there is no substance use or medication use, probably OK. Blood pressure medications or fish oil supplements can be used with physician supervision, but may not be necessary. Good luck.
