Potentially pregnant: A urine pregnancy test turns positive the earliest one week after conception. As long as there is no menstrual period, ovulation can happen at any time. A weakly positive test would be consistent with pregnancy, if the woman had unprotected sexual intercourse a week or more before the test turned positive.
