Gallbladder? : Ask your doctor of it could be for the gallbladder. This pain is typically worse 30-60' after meals, especially with fatty foods. May need an ultrasound to diagnose. Only treatment if it is that is to surgically remove he gallbladder, usually done laparoscopically with small incisions and a camera. Hope this helps!

Back pain: Other options for causes include gall bladder pathology which would not have been seen on your scope, constipation is always possible and then consider the kidney as a cause such as a kidney stone. Gallbladder issues are often mistaken for gastritis and can be intermittent.
