More like 1kg loss: Your goal: Sustainable & consistent loss averaging 1kg per week. Some weeks will be more, esp at the beginning, & some will be less. Weigh first thing in the morning, no clothes. No diets though. This is a marathon, not a 100m dash. Hope that helps.
