I lost my pill pack after taking 3 week pills. is it ok to skip 4th week pills and start new pack after a week or must i start new pack now?

Usually, the last 7: pills in a 28 day pack are placebo and your period will usually come during or slightly after that week. If not a 28, but a 21 day pack, begin your next pack immediately.
