Lymph node?: Could be an irritated lymph node. Do you shave your pubic area? Shaving can irritate and activate lymph nodes in the groin. Any GYN problems like pain or discharge? Also a reason for irritated lymph nodes in the groin. Consider stop shaving for a month. if node still there after one month, need evaluation.If any GYN symptoms, this needs evaluation.
