What are the downsides to antabuse (disulfiram) or similar? seems like a no brainer if one wants a bit of neg reinforcement to alcohol consumption?

Can't drink: If you are serious about not drinking it can be helpful--if you impulsively drink you may end up in the ER! People who really don't want to quit say shaving lotion makes them sick or what if they eat something cooked in wine etc. Sounds like you are serious about not drinking & it should be of help to you!
