Yes: Ww all come in different sizes. Someone has to be in the 99 percentile. More concerning is when babies suddenly shift to a different percentile after being in an area for a few checks.

10 week old baby length and weight both 85th percentile. Head circumference 95th percentile. Does this mean he has a big head in proportion to body?

My exclusively breastfed son was 9 pounds 1 oz at birth - 93% percentile. At two weeks appointment he was around 9lbs or or 70% percentile. Now at around 4 weeks, he is around 50% percentile. Is it normal for babies to drop in percentile this early?
