Should be concerned: Cofee can be attributed to systolic elevation around 10 only & so wake up & pay attention to lowering BP. Start with Lifestyle modification.If ,lose wt-daily 30 min walk,yoga,meditation. Low carbohydrate,high protein diet with of fresh veg & fruits & nuts. Incorporate grilled or baked fish & chicken. Keep daily record of your BP. If lifestyle modification does not lower BP,need to go on medication
