Can i drink coffee while on blood thinners?

Yes, you can: Coffee has no effect on your blood clotting(thinners do their own job). Coffee is fairly harmless to human body. It has no interference with medicines

That's fine.: There's no reason why you couldn't have black coffee while on blood thinners. And there's no reason why you couldn't add milk or natural sugar to your coffee. As far as artificial sweeteners, I'm not sure that there potential effect on blood thinners have ever been investigated, so I would avoid them. Stick with coffee, milk and sugar.
