Do i need to be concerned with an aneurysm found in my 8 year olds liver?

Need to know more: Is it aneurysm or a hemangioma? An aneurysm is an abnormal dilatation of an artery and would be cause for concern, where as small hemagiomas in the liver are quite common and generally harmless.
