Need imaging: Some people who are thin can show pulsations more easily, and sometimes with other conditions, we become more aware of things. The only way you can tell if you have an aneurysm and the simplest way is to get an ultrasound. What we see and feel gives us indications to do the things to show us reality. Talk to your doctor for and about it. Good luck.
