Yes, concerning.: Your severe fatigue and weight loss are more worrisome to me than your mild neutropenia. Aside from major depression, which could cause your symptoms, your symptoms suggest an underlying illness.I would suggest getting another opinion if you are unsatisfied with your Drs diagnosis. Neutropenia has to be evaluated in context. Several ethnic groups normally have a mild neutropenia. **See comments
