2 days ago i was told by a dr that i have a bladder/kidney infection. pain has since slightly worsened and i have vaginal bleeding. is this normal?

See doctor: If the pain has worsened and you are bleeding please return to that physician for a culture and examination.

Urinary tract infect: While having urinary tract infection having vaginal bleed probably coincidental unless there is a co existing problem with the menstrual cycle based on the your regular cycle length. If the pain gets worse also need to make sure you on the right antibiotic.
