Motrin or aleve (naproxen): If you have injured your wrist see a doctor. If not there may just be some irritation or inflammation in the joint. Try some warm compresses and an anti-inflammatory like motrin or aleve (naproxen) for a few days and hopefully the discomfort will go away. Popping the wrist will just cause more irritation and is not a good idea.
