7-10 days: Azithromycin is very long acting. It will take 7-10 days to be entirely gone. But it's difficult to imagine what infection you were treating with this dose. Chlamydia is the only condition normally treated with single dose azithromycin, but the dose is 1 gram, twice what you took. If you are being treated for chlamydia, more treatment is needed.
