Sorry for situation: The short answer is, YES the baby is on its way in development from the DAY OF CONCEPTION and is considered to have all the attributes and rights of anybody else under constitutional law if that helps answer the question. Of course, I understand your reasons for considering terminating the pregnancy are complex but there are alternatives for the child if you are unable or unwilling to care for it.
