Abortion okay: Abortion does not affect fertility, however it is not the most effective form of contraception. I would suggest a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud which gives up to 5 years of protection (99%). Talk to your abortion provider about it. It is very safe and not like the old iuds and women really like them. Periods are light. You can get one even if you have not had a baby. Ask for financial help if you need it.
