Get help: Schedule a prenatal appointment as soon as possible. be open and honest with your doctor. If you feel you have a drinking problem then AA or another program can be recommended. In some cases of alcoholism medication can be used. The most important thing for you and your baby is to get the help you need to overcome this problem.
