Not sure: but you need to keep hydrated with some Powerade, or Gatorade, or Pedialyte, or whatever it is called in Spain. These are liquids with electrolytes usually for athletes like Paco Alcacer on the field. If symptoms don't get better on their own after 1-2 more days, you probably have bacterial infection and will need to see a doctor to get properly diagnosed and treated. Good luck.

Why do I feel weak in the knees and generally unstable while pregnant?

Relaxin: Relaxin is a hormone that is released in pregnancy. It relaxes the connective tissue in your joints. This makes them looser and makes you more unstable when you walk or exercise. Relaxin is the reason pregnant women waddle. It is also the reason pregnant women are more likely to dislocate their joints. Take things slowly and use extra support when pregnant.

Exercise : Adding exercise and self control by reducing portion intake and eating the right foods while counting calories is best. Increase fruit and fiber intake if not eating enough. Take a yoga course or start swimming if not already. Good, low impact exercises. If considering surgical options, know that the best procedures and surgtons usually require that one starts losing weight first.

Probably muscular: Many people have spasm in the rectus abdomenus muscles when bending over to tie shoes or put on socks. The way to avoid this is to bring the foot up to the seat and do it. Breathe deep at the same time. If he pain is more internal, see a gastroenterologist and see if you have ge reflux. The treatment is usually medical.

See a doctor: Have an examination and proper testing. If your doctor does determine that gallstones are causing you upper abdominal pain & nausea, ask for a referral to see a surgeon for possible consideration of laparoscopic gallbladder surgery.
