Seek dental care: Assuming it really is an abscess, you really have but one option and you must get to a dental facility for an exam and indicated treatment. The more rapidly you see change like this , the sooner you should go. Remember community health centers and other clinic options that may be near you aside from private dentists if cost is a barrier.

A Visit to the DDS!: Good afternoon;
Best place to treat an abscess is with a visit to the dentist. A determination can be made as to the origin of the infection and appropriate treatment can be given to you.

NSAIDs-Tylenol OTC: and see a dentist ASAP. Tooth infection or gum infection can further spread to other parts of the body like jaw bones, palate and throat. It also can result in systemic infection. Therefore, dental treatment is a must.

Bite the bullet: Pick up the phone and call your Dentist immediately. You need a trained professional to help you. If you had a Gynecologic infection or a brain infection old you trust to self-treatment? I think not. Please call your Dentist.
