Use caution: It may be just a residual from your illness yesterday, but if you develop severe pain, fever and vomiting you should go to Emergency right away. Dull pain could be from many things but severe pain with fever and vomiting could be appendicitis. Also if there is any chance of pregnancy, take a pregnancy test. If positive it could be an ectopic pregnancy and you would need to go to Emergency now.
