Physical exam: 27 year old gentleman with lightheaded/dizzy feeling after eating and headaches. You should visit a physician for a physical exam and lab work. When discussing any medical problem, a physician needs to know your past medical history, family history, vital signs, and a more detailed history of your chief complaint, in this case dizziness and headaches. Visit you physician for a detailed exam.
