Antidepressants??: From your description, it appears that you have stopped or ran out of an ssri ( antidepressant/anxiety modulator medications)... These are common symptoms in that situation. If that is the case then please get back on your meds and consult your dr. If not then i suggest you see your physician for further evaluation to find out the underlying cause.
