Get checked out: If this is a typical headache that you've had before, it could just be migraines. If this is a new headache for you, then seeing your doctor makes sense- it could just be the flu, but it may be a sign of a more concerning issue like meningitis or a host of other things. Even if it is migraines, your primary care doctor has treatments to offer that may be very helpful.
