Small?: the average size of human pre-menopausal womans ovary is generaly about 3cm x 2cm x 1 cm. So, perhaps the use of the word 'small' was intended to be compared with large. Sounds normal to me. Small ovaries are associated with many different conditions, so you might ask the person who ordered the test what they were looking for.
